Buying FAQ
Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method (air vs. sea freight). Generally, air freight for samples takes 2-4 days, while sea freight for large bales takes 14-25 days. We provide detailed tracking and realistic timelines during the quoting phase.
We primarily operate under FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). However, depending on the client relationship and destination, we can negotiate EXW or DDP terms.
There is no minimum order quantity, you can order the quantity you want.
Quality is maintained through strict sun-drying protocols that ensure low moisture content to prevent mold, followed by professional compression and packaging in tight bales that block moisture and external contaminants during long transit times.
